When the Bene\u00addic\u00adtine monks were able to buy back the brew\u00adery and restau\u00adrant in 1846, they ran their own restau\u00adrant until 1875. Sub\u00adse\u00adquent\u00adly, the Kloster\u00adschenke restau\u00adrant was ini\u00adtial\u00adly leased to innkeep\u00ader Mr. Wim\u00admer. Two fur\u00adther lessors fol\u00adlowed before the R\u00f6hrl fam\u00adi\u00adly signed the lease to run the restau\u00adrant in 1934. They ran the Kloster\u00adschenke for 82 years and three gen\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtions, until 2016.
