The abbey brew\u00adery is the old\u00adest abbey brew\u00adery still in oper\u00ada\u00adtion in the world. Our Wel\u00adtenburg\u00ader Kloster\u00adlik\u00f6r (Wel\u00adtenburg Abbey Liqueur)<\/strong> glows in a rich, gold\u00aden colour \u2013 pre\u00adcious saf\u00adfron threads from the Ori\u00adent are the sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant ingre\u00addi\u00adent. Due to its strong aro\u00adma and hearty flavour, the mag\u00ada\u00adzine Der Fein\u00adschmeck\u00ader<\/em> award\u00aded this unusu\u00adal blend with the title of Best Espres\u00adso in Germany. <\/p>\n

The Wel\u00adtenburg Abbey Cheese is made today accord\u00ading to the Klosterschenke\u2019s tra\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal recipe at a small alpine dairy in the All\u00adg\u00e4u region.<\/p>\n

This semi-hard cheese made from pas\u00adteur\u00adized milk gets its pleas\u00adant\u00adly del\u00adi\u00adcate, spicy flavour from its red smear. It is thus con\u00adsid\u00adered to be an excel\u00adlent cheese to eat with bread, and a per\u00adfect match for our Wel\u00adtenburg\u00ader beers. <\/p>\n
